At LULU ROSÉE, every arrangement is handcrafted using real preserved flowers and carefully created just for you. Because each piece is individually made and naturally unique, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.
We encourage customers to review their order details carefully before completing their purchase. If you have any questions about our products, colors, or styles, our Customer Care team is always happy to help.
Returns
Due to the unique, handcrafted, and delicate nature of our eternal flower arrangements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selections made at checkout.
As our products are made from real preserved flowers, slight variations in color, shape, size, and texture are natural characteristics and should not be considered defects.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified within 60 minutes of being placed.
After this 60-minute window, your order enters our production process, where materials are prepared and arrangements begin to be handcrafted specifically for you. Therefore, we are unable to cancel, modify, or refund orders after this time.
Please double-check your shipping address and order details before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in packaging every arrangement to ensure it arrives safely.
If your order arrives damaged during transit or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Clear photos of the outer packaging and shipping box
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your case promptly and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
Shipping-Related Issues
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. While we are happy to assist with tracking your package, we cannot guarantee carrier delays that are beyond our control.
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, we recommend first checking with household members, neighbors, or your local delivery carrier before contacting us.
Natural Product Disclaimer
Every LULU ROSÉE arrangement is made with genuine preserved flowers. Because nature creates every bloom differently, no two arrangements will ever be identical.
Minor variations in color, bloom size, petal shape, or overall appearance are part of the beauty and authenticity of handcrafted preserved flowers and are not considered quality issues.
